SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
It is important for us to guarantee our customers the best possible shopping experience, from the selection of the item to its delivery. That’s why we rely on UPS or DHL for our shipments, which not only provides a fast and reliable shipping service, but also ensures optimal conditions for the goods being transported. With regard to deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the country itself: we therefore invite the customer to contact the customs authorities of your country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.
In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (eg. wrong address and / or telephone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient, etc..) will be retained the amount to cover the following expenses: shipment of goods + return goods + customs for return and charged to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and can not make appointments.
The courier will make 2 attempts to ship, after this period your package will be delivered in stock or at UPS Point or DHL Point closest to the shipping address you provided.
You will still be notified by email of the stock.
When does the package arrive?
The purchased product is shipped within three days of ordering, for some products one or two days at the latest. As soon as it is sent, we will email you the code that will allow you, through this link, to track the journey of our items to your home.

Once you have received the goods back you will be sent an email to receive the goods. In the event that the goods have been sent in the time established above and do not differ from the product sent, we will refund the credit with the same method you used for your payment. Once you have made the refund you will receive an email with the payment.
